Connect project update. Part 1/5
Dear community, we are happy to release our development update. In this article, we want to cover the basics of Connect project, fund allocation and introduce you to our new ecosystem of 3 tokens.
Remark:
As you might have already heard, PIXBY is shutting down, and PIXBY tokens will be swapped to Rubix (RBX). Why not Connect? Recently we have decided to rename PIXBY to Rubix (RBX) instead and keep Connect (CT) name for a new token to make more sense for the potential investors. If you’ve lost the clue, don’t worry, because we will get there.
What will happen to PIXBY?
Unfortunately, PIXBY is terminated. The website and staking dashboard will be still supported, however, you won’t be able to trade them anywhere. The good news is — you will be able to swap your old PIXBY for new Rubix tokens proportionally!🥳 For example, you had $300 in PIXBY — you will receive $300 of Rubix. It will take a few minutes to swap old tokens for new Rubix, and we will post a tutorial when things are ready.
Introduction to the ecosystem of 3 tokens, and why three tokens?
As we said before, this is not rebranding — it’s a whole new project with new team members and an entirely new direction. We had a lot of ups and downs with PIXBY, but it’s time for us to start everything from scratch for a brighter future. We want to give a fresh new start to the PIXBY token holders and provide better solutions for our community. With this in mind, we have decided to deploy three tokens that will support the project’s ecosystem and enhance social value in the cryptocurrency community!
Rubix (RBX)
Rubix is a token that’s out of the gate holds a large community and investors support since all PIXBY token holders will need to swap their PIXBY to Rubix tokens. Worth mentioning again, it’s not a rebranding — it’s a whole new project that will have nothing related to PIXBY. Yes, new team members, new whitepaper, new use-cases. DeFi? — Yes

Swap ratio: 35:1 (35 PIXBY = 1 RBX)
Starting price: Before the launch, we will take a snapshot of the PIXBY price and multiply it by 35 — we will use that as a starting price.
Approximate circulation supply: ~714,000 RBX (Based on PIXBY circ. Supply)

Connect (CT)
The name of this token speaks for itself — it’s a token that will serve as a bridge between both Rubix and CONNECTx and will be used for ecosystem expansion. To protect the value of the CT token, there will be no freebies. No giveaways, no airdrops, and no raindrops. From the PIXBY experience, we realized that giveaways and airdrops would only bring lots of bots into the community, which is bad for the project’s overall picture.

Tokens allocated for presale: 40,000 CT
Tokens allocated for automated liquidity provision (UniSwap, Bal): 20,000 CT
